Bake Addiction

The first few days of my Sem Break is all about baking. This is day 5 of my break and also this is the third day that I've baked something. I'm seriously addicted to baking because I just learned how to operate our oven without any help from anyone. 

Baking Day 1: Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes

This was supposed to be a ready made cake or brownies, but since I have cupcake containers in the pantry, I decided to make them cupcakes. So I've made 2 dozens. 

 This didn't even last a day in our refrigerator...

Baking Day 2: Chocolate Brownies with Corn Flakes on top

Ready to make brownies! I thought I can transform this to cupcakes but I think it's not proper anymore. So I just added some cornflakes on top for texture and color.

This didn't last an hour!! It was all gone for an instant. It really turned out so yummy.

Baking Day 3: Sponge Cupcakes with Crumpy Chocolate Toppings

I experimented this time just for fun, it was fun separating the egg yolk and its white. Without any help, I was able to plan, do & finish everything all by myself.
